Ashurst Perkins Coie Advises C1.ai on Workday Acquisition

SAN FRANCISCO (October 20, 2026)—Ashurst Perkins Coie is pleased to have advised C1.ai, an identity governing platform, in its acquisition by Workday, an enterprise software company that provides cloud-based applications for human resources, finance, and IT.
