Luke joins Ashurst with more than 25 years' experience across the infrastructure and energy sectors. His expertise is recognised globally, having worked across multiple jurisdictions and pioneered new approaches to project delivery. He has played a pivotal role in advising both public and private sector clients on high-profile mandates in Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and the Middle East.

Throughout his career, Luke has delivered complex strategic and commercial services, including structuring project financing, developing innovative procurement models, and implementing risk management strategies for major infrastructure and energy projects. Most recently, he served as Global Leader of Deloitte's Infrastructure and Capital Projects and National Leader of Deloitte's Infrastructure Sector.
