The disciplinary process before the Bureau is ongoing and remains confidential. No decisions have been taken, and no weight should be given to or conclusions drawn from media speculations.
Currently, the Bureau is considering the investigative report of the Office of Internal Oversight Services (OIOS) together with the advisory report of the ad hoc Panel of Independent Judicial Experts pursuant to the Bureau's responsibility as the competent decision-maker and consistent with the legal framework of the Court.
