The Queensland Police Service has finalised its investigation into the reported assault of a 13-year-old boy at Mansfield on December 23.
Following extensive inquiries, including witness interviews and medical advice, detectives have concluded there is insufficient evidence to substantiate the complaint.
No further police action will be taken in relation to the assault complaint.
