The other division one winning ticket in the TattsLotto draw was held by a 10-person group syndicate, set up by Prahran Market Lotto Tobacco & News, Shop 817, 183 Commercial Road, Prahran.
"Oh my god! Oh my god!" she exclaimed when we confirmed the win.
