Currently sitting third in the group with one win and one loss, Australia will be chasing victory to keep their finals hopes alive - a result that could secure progression if the Philippines fall to Myanmar in tonight's other Group B fixture.
The tournament, formerly known as the AFF Women's Championship, has been taking place at Viet Tri Stadium in Phu Tho and Lach Tray Stadium in Haiphong, featuring eight participating nations from across Southeast Asia.
