Bayside Marks Reflection Day for Bondi Beach Incident

Bayside will be observing the National Day of Reflection on Sunday December 21 to honour the victims of the recent attack at Bondi Beach and to stand in solidarity with the Jewish community.

We will be flying our flags at half-mast at the Corporate Centre, the Brighton Town Hall, and the Council Chamber as required by the Victorian Department of Premier and Cabinet.

People across the country are invited to light a candle and observe a minute of silence 6:47 pm today as a quiet act of remembrance with family, friends or loved ones.
