Bendigo gaming venue burglary

Bendigo Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating a burglary at a Bendigo gaming venue in August, Victoria Police say.

Investigators have been told three unknown men, all armed with small crowbar bars, gained entry to the Marong Road venue about 4.20am on Tuesday 9 August by smashing a window.

Once inside, the men proceeded through the gaming floor and forced entry into the strong room.

They attempted to open a safe before opening a cabinet and stealing a quantity of cash.

The offenders stole some unknown brands of alcohol from one of the bars and left the venue.

Investigators have released CCTV footage of three men who they believe may be able to assist them with their enquiries.

The three men concealed their identity with clothing.

The first man was wearing a grey Adidas long sleeve hooded top, dark-coloured tracksuit pants, black Nike sneakers and gloves.

The second man was wearing a two-tone-coloured hooded top, grey Everlast tracksuit pants with the word "Everlast" in white coloured writing, a blue top underneath and gloves.

The third man was wearing a black-coloured hoodie with a blue emblem on the front, runners with green markings, grey-coloured tracksuit pants with an emblem on the left upper thigh and blue-coloured Fox gloves.

Anyone with information is urged to contact Crime Stoppers.
