Construction on the Greater Beveridge Community Centre expansion is progressing well, with several key milestones reached in recent weeks.
The project, funded by a $3.97 million investment from the Victorian Government, will enhance the centre's facilities with two new kindergarten rooms and an expanded outdoor play area, catering to the growing needs of the local community.
The mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-in is nearing completion, setting the stage for the upcoming plaster installation.
The installation of windows and doors is also underway, and external cladding is progressing smoothly, giving a clear indication of the centre's evolving structure.
These developments are an exciting step forward as we work towards the completion of the project by December 2025.
