Bike Maintenance & Repair Workshop: Bayside

Bayside Council is hosting an Intermediate Bike Maintenance and Repair Workshop at the Arncliffe Youth Centre on Tuesday 25 November 2025.

This hands-on 3-hour workshop is perfect for cyclists ready to take their bike care skills to the next level - earning how to fine-tune gears, adjust brakes, fix flats, and keep their ride running smoothly and safely.

Participants are encouraged to bring their own bike to get real-time guidance from expert mechanics.

This session is open to anyone over 14 years old and we welcome both teens and adults keen to build confidence and independence on two wheels. Those under 16 years must be accompanied by a parent or caregiver.

Places are limited and registration is essential.

The workshop is proudly delivered in partnership with SSROC, The Bower, Bikewise and the NSW Environment Protection Authority (EPA).

This initiative forms part of the NSW EPA's Waste and Sustainable Materials Strategy, funded through the waste levy, encouraging repair and reuse to reduce landfill.
