BINGHAMTON, NY—Binghamton University is hosting the first annual Bingoween Pumpkin Decorating Contest.
Students, faculty and staff are invited to decorate pumpkins for a campus-wide decorating competition. Contestants can carve jack-o-lanterns, paint pumpkins, make sculptures, etc. If it's a pumpkin and it's artsy, it's fair game.
