The body of a missing Italian bushwalker has been found in the Blue Mountains today.
The man, aged 24, was reported missing after he went bushwalking near Blackheath on Wednesday 29 January 2020.
About 2.30pm (Sunday 2 February 2020), a search party located a body near the Baltzer Lookout, near Blackheath.
An operation is underway to retrieve the body.
A report will be prepared for the Coroner.
