- Heat pump slab complete
- Loading dock and stairs complete
- Emergency exit stairs and path complete
- Survey works for power pole anchor cable
- Contract plumber engaged

- Driveway and tie-in to Crisp Street complete
Bombala Pool
- Contract plumber engaged

- Site clean-up completed
- Pool lip reduction redesign commenced, $30,000 budgeted for options and costings
