We all want to take pride in a clean City – and make it a great place to live, work, play and raise a family. That's why we provide many waste services, to make it easy for us to work together to help keep our City tidy.
Did you know that you can now book in your free kerbside waste collection online at a time more convenient for you? Every household gets two free collections per financial year, so if you haven't used one or both of your pick-ups this year, now is the time to book to clear that clutter from the home. On 1 July, you'll be eligible for another two free pickups.
To book your kerbside waste collection simply go online at www.fairfieldcity.nsw.gov.au/kerbsidecleanup and choose an available day that best suits you. Our kerbside pick-up service is ideal for disposing of bulky items that don't fit in your weekly red-lidded waste bin.
Even if you have used your two free pick-ups this financial year, you can plan ahead and book now for a pick-up on a day after 30 June.
The book-in kerbside service is provided to residents to keep our houses and streets clean, save you tip fees and prevent illegal dumping.
We also provide residents with free access to our Recycling Drop Off Centre every Saturday for you to dispose of waste that can be recycled. For more information on the Recycling Drop Off Centre and Council's other waste services visit www.fairfieldcity.nsw.gov.au/waste.
