Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from Sydney's west.
Awab Farhan, aged 11, was last seen at his home on Atkin Avenue, Carramar, about 10am yesterday (Friday 26 November 2021).
He was reported missing to officers from Fairfield City Police Area Command when he failed to return home later that evening.
Police and family hold concern for his welfare due to his age.
Awab is described as being of Mediterranean/Middle Eastern appearance, about 175cm tall, of thin build with short black hair. He was last seen wearing black shorts and a dark coloured sport jersey singlet.
He is known to frequent the areas of King Park in Merrylands and George Street Parramatta.
