Police have charged a man following a series of break and enter offences across Rockhampton in the past two months.
It will be alleged the man entered fourteen separate businesses and restaurants across the South Rockhampton area from 18 July to 3 September, stealing a number of electronic devices, cash, keys, and liquor.
It will be further alleged the man caused damage to the entrance of numerous businesses to gain entry.
The man allegedly attempted to enter further businesses, but was unsuccessful.
The businesses and restaurants were not trading at the time and no one was physically injured.
Police were called to a sighting of the man at a Main Street hotel on 4 September and the man was taken into custody a short time later.
A 25-year-old Park Avenue man has been charged with 16 counts of enter premises and commit indictable offence, and one count each of possessing dangerous drugs, obstruct police officer, and attempted enter premises with intent to commit indictable offence.
He has been remanded in custody and due to reappear before Rockhampton Magistrates Court on 3 October.
