Break and enter, Geebung

Police are investigating the break and enter of a service station at Geebung earlier this week.

Preliminary investigations indicate that just after 12am on Monday (November 8) a Renault Clio hatch was used in an attempt to force the front glass doors open, without success.

Two masked occupants then got out of the vehicle and smashed through the glass before entering the business.

They then damaged a number of cabinets near the counter and stole a quantity of cash before fleeing in the vehicle.

A short time later the vehicle was observed travelling on Goldburn Street in Gordon Park.
