Revel in the sounds of Britain when The Great British Song Book takes centre stage at Griffith Regional Theatre for Morning Melodies on Wednesday 11 March.
Starring Craig Martin, this toe-tapping tribute celebrates the artists and bands who defined British popular music, with morning tea included from 10am.
Packed with more than 20 chart-topping hits from the 1960s through to the 1990s, the show showcases songs made famous by legendary groups including The Beatles, Queen, The Kinks, The Animals, Herman's Hermits and Gerry and the Pacemakers. Audiences will also enjoy favourites from iconic performers such as Tom Jones, Elton John, Robbie Williams, Van Morrison, Cat Stevens, Leo Sayer.
From Can't Buy Me Love to Your Song and more, The Great British Song Book is a nostalgic musical journey and a heartfelt tribute to the songs that have become the soundtrack to generations.
