Police are investigating a building fire which occurred at Spring Hill early this morning, Queensland Police say.
At around 4.40am, witnesses observed smoke coming from a cafe on Little Edward Street.
Emergency services attended and where able to extinguish the fire.
The business received extensive damaged with a number of adjoining businesses also receiving smoke damage.
No one was physically injured.
Investigations are continuing to determine the cause of the fire.
