Ballina Shire Council has reopened Bulwinkle Park, Alstonville and the park's footbridge.
The footbridge and park was temporarily closed earlier today following damage to local power lines and vegetation in the area, which was caused by strong overnight winds.
Council thanks the community for their patience during these emergency works.
