Bundoora Mum Wins Big With Long-time Lotto Numbers

The Lott

A Bundoora mum has been left stunned after discovering she's now a millionaire thanks to the TattsLotto numbers she's been playing since the game first began.

The Victorian held one of the seven division one winning entries in TattsLotto draw 4595 on Saturday 2 August 2025. Each division one winning entry pocketed $1,428,571.43.

"I only found out maybe a couple of hours ago!" she exclaimed when we contacted her on Sunday morning.

"I'm shocked to say the least. Numb! I can't believe it.

"This ticket is a ticket I've had since TattsLotto started. I've been playing those numbers for so long that I don't even remember why I picked them in the first place.

"I didn't get around to checking my ticket until this morning. I had two tickets and I scanned one and saw I'd won $10.20. I was excited about that.

"Then I got to the other one and I thought, 'Oh my god, I'm not reading this right'.

"I even woke my daughter up and said, 'I need you to look at something'. She asked, 'Why are you crying? You've won $1,000'. Then I said, 'No, I haven't!'. Then she said, 'Oh my god, is that a million dollars?'.

"It's been a little bit exciting. I can't comprehend it at the minute.

"I don't know exactly what I'll do with it just yet. I haven't thought about it. I can't get my head around it. But I'll certainly help my family.

"We'll do dinner together to celebrate!"

The woman's winning marked 12-game entry was purchased at Bundoora Centre Newsagency, Shop 3, 39 Plenty Road, Bundoora.

Bundoora Centre Newsagency owner Suhas Patel said he couldn't wait to let his customers know his outlet had sold another division one winning entry.

"Wow! We did it! The last division one winning entry we sold was four years ago," he said.

"Our customers will be very happy to hear we've done it again.

"Congratulations to our winner. Welcome to the millionaires' club!"
