Burglary with violence in Toowoomba, QLD

Detectives from the Toowoomba Criminal Investigation Branch are seeking public assistance in the investigation of a burglary with violence that occurred in the Toowoomba area last night., Queensland Police say

Around 6.30pm, three males attended a residence in Festival Street, Rockville and have forced entry through the front door of the house.

Once inside, they have threatened three residents before demanding property, including keys to a black Holden Commodore.

The residents complied with the demands, handing over the items before leaving in the car.

Police wish to speak with anyone who may have seen a black Holden Commodore with Queensland registration 774WJF (similar to below) in the area around the time of the offence.

Police believe the incident is not random and those involved are known to each other.

The 39 and 20-year-old women and 22-year-old man were not injured in the incident.
