In actual terms, the volume of finished goods stocks for total manufacturing rose 0.8 percent ($75 million) in the June 2025 quarter compared with the June 2024 quarter.
In actual terms, total manufacturing purchases rose $1.6 billion (6.8 percent), and salaries and wages fell $5.3 million (0.1 percent) compared with the June 2024 quarter.

Wholesale trade
When adjusted for seasonal effects, the total value of wholesale trade sales fell 0.1 percent ($21 million) in the June 2025 quarter, following a 3.4 percent ($1.3 billion) rise in the March 2025 quarter.
