Busy Things: Online Learning For Children: Bayside

Bayside Children can now explore a new world of online learning, thanks to a playful, game-based resource available from Bayside Libraries: Busy Things.

Busy Things offers more than 120 interactive learning games designed for children aged 3 to 11.

These fun, colourful activities support:

  • Early literacy and numeracy
  • Science, coding, geography and climate change
  • Music, art and other creative skills

Each game is designed to make learning engaging, with age-appropriate challenges that build confidence and curiosity.

Included in the subscription is Busy Code, a suite of coding games that introduce basic programming concepts to children aged 5 to 13.

Busy Code guides young learners step-by-step through coding principles, helping them develop problem-solving and logical thinking skills in a playful environment.

Busy Things and Busy Code are available free to Bayside Library members.
