Detectives have released images of two people and a vehicle as investigations continue into a spate of vehicles being damaged by fire in or near the vicinity of a home in south west Sydney late last year.
On four occasions officers from Cumberland Police Area Command have responded to reports of vehicles on fire in Frances Street, South Wentworthville.
These incidents occurred on Tuesday 6 May 2025, Thursday 26 June 2025, Wednesday 23 July 2025 and Friday 8 August 2025.
Fire and Rescue NSW extinguished the fires and police established crime scenes that were examined by specialist officers.
As inquiries continue, police have released images of two men who may be able to assist investigators.
They were seen near the Frances Street home about 1am on Thursday 6 May 2025.
Both men are described as being of thin build.
One was wearing all black clothing including a face covering and gloves.
The other man was wearing a black face covering, grey hoodie, black gloves, black trackpants and black shoes.
Detectives have also released images of a black utility that was seen in the vicinity at the time.
