Bayside Council is seeking Expressions of Interest from a wide range of suitable stallholders, vendors and food trucks wanting to be part of Council's upcoming events.
Spring Fair takes place on Saturday 5 September in Jack Mundey Reserve, Eastlakes.
The event is an exciting opportunity for residents and visitors to experience an incredible variety of international and local delicacies while enjoying thrilling dance performances, live music, and amusement rides.
The Bayside Food & Wine Festival in Mascot Memorial Park is on Saturday 31 October. Council is seeking a range of wineries, distilleries and specialty drink manufacturers along with food vendors and food related merchandise stalls for Bayside Food & Wine.
This is an amazing day for visitors to sample wine, spirits and craft beers, eat great food, and enjoy an exciting schedule of live music and entertainment, along with some great private tasting sessions throughout the day.
