Two people have been arrested after police executed a warrant on a house in Camberwell on the weekend, Victoria Police say.
Local police executed the warrant at an address on Palmerston Street on Saturday night at 11.30pm (October 27).
As a result of the warrant police allegedly located approximately 300 mature cannabis plants growing throughout the house.
Two Springvale men, aged 29 and 35yrs, were arrested in connection to the warrant and have been charged with possess cannabis, cultivate cannabis and cultivate a commercial quantity of cannabis.
Both men were remanded in custody to appear at the Melbourne Magistrates’ Court later this morning.
