This morning, a member of the public attended the Roma Street Police Station to hand in war medals that appear to have been left behind after Anzac Day ceremonies.
The medals were discovered in the Brisbane CBD close to the river along with a number of other items.
Police would love to reunite the medals with their owner. Attempts to identify the owner have been exhausted.
