Mill Park Divisional Response Unit officers arrested three men and seized more than 90 cannabis plants at a Thomastown property this morning.
Police executed a warrant at a house on Balcombe Court just after 9am.
The plants seized, believed to be of commercial quantity, were located in a number of rooms and the garage.
Three Italian nationals aged in their 20s are currently assisting police with their enquiries.
They are expected to be charged with theft of electricity and cultivate a commercial quantity of cannabis.
