Car Crashes Into Home At Clarendon

Police are investigating after a car crashed into a home at Clarendon.

About 10.20pm on Sunday 6 September, police and emergency services were called to a property on Angel Gully Road, Clarendon following reports that a Ford Falcon sedan had collided with an attached garage at the home.

Extensive structural damage was caused to the garage as a result of the collision. Fortunately, no injuries were reported.

The driver of the car, a 57-year-old Aldinga Beach man, was taken to hospital for assessment of minor injuries and to undergo mandatory blood testing.

Investigations into the cause of the crash are ongoing.

The significantly damaged sedan was towed from the scene.
