Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a crash that occurred in Carnes Hill early this morning, NSW Police say.
Shortly after 2am tomorrow, 22-year-old a man was driving his vehicle on Sarah Hollands Drive when he appears to have mounted the footpath and driven through the rear boundary fence of a property on William Buckley Drive.
Officers where on scene within minutes and arrested the driver. He was taken to Liverpool Hospital where he is being treated for minor injuries.
Structural damage was sustained to the rear timber fence and a brick pylon that was supporting part of the properties roof.
Charges are expected to be laid.
Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stopers.
