Car into garage at Ingle Farm

A car crashed into a garage at Ingle Farm overnight.

Police and emergency crews were called to Sullivan Road, Ingle Farm just before 4am on Sunday 25 July by reports a car had lost control and crashed into a garage.

Crews found the vehicle had travelled across the front yard and came to a stop sideways, wedged in the front of the garage.

The driver, a 34-year-old Ingle Farm man, was unable to get out of the car. He was taken to the Royal Adelaide Hospital with non-life threatening injuries and a sample of his blood will be taken for analysis.

SES volunteers attended the scene to shore up the damaged building. The car was towed from the scene.

Investigations into the crash are continuing.
