Car Into House At Evanston Park

A car crashed into a house at Evanston Park this afternoon.

Emergency services responded to reports of a two-car crash on Main North Road, at the intersection of Kreig Road, Evanston Park just after 12.30pm on Friday 24 April.

Two cars collided at the intersection, sending a Holden sedan careering through a fence and into the front of a vacant house on the corner.

The Holden driver, a 17-year-old girl from Nuriootpa, sustained minor injuries and did not require medical treatment.

Her Holden sedan was towed from the scene.

The driver of a Toyota ute, a 43-year-old Concordia man, was not injured in the collision. He is expected to receive a fine for failing to give way.
