Car into house - South Windsor, NSW

Police are investigating the circumstance surrounding a crash at South Windsor this morning, NSW Police say.

Just before 5am (Saturday 4 November 2017), emergency services were called to Ham Street, following reports a car had crashed into a house.

Police have been told a Holden Commodore was travelling south on Macquarie Street when it left the roadway and hit a power pole before going through a fence and hitting the wall of a home.

The driver, a 42-year-old man was uninjured. He was subject to a roadside breath test, returning a negative result.

The occupant of the house was also uninjured.

Police from Hawkesbury Local Area Command commenced an investigation into the circumstances surrounding the crash.

The house will be assessed by engineers to determine its structural integrity.

Police are urging anyone with information in relation to this incident to call Crime Stoppers.
