Paul Ramsay Foundation (PRF) is pleased to announce the appointment of Carolyn Curtis as its Chief Impact Officer.
Carolyn, who has been serving in an interim capacity, will work with our partners and communities to maximize the social impact and learning from PRF's role.
Carolyn brings over 25 years of experience in social policy and innovation to this position. Before joining PRF, she spent 11 years as CEO of The Australian Centre for Social Innovation (TACSI).
Her career began as a frontline social worker, and she later held various leadership roles within the Department of Child Protection in South Australia. She is currently on the boards of Junction Australia and The Fay Fuller Foundation, and will remain based in Adelaide.
PRF CEO Professor Kristy Muir said Carolyn was the ideal person to drive PRF's strategic impact forward by working with partners and communities.
"Carolyn's extensive experience and proven leadership in social innovation are exactly what we need to drive our impact agenda forward," she said. "Carolyn has already proven to be an invaluable member of the team and has set an incredibly high bar in this role. I look forward to working together to create lasting, positive change."
Carolyn said she was excited to support PRF's strategy of working alongside people, communities and organisations to help achieve positive intergenerational change.
"I've seen firsthand the power of social innovation and effective partnerships in creating better outcomes for communities," she said.
