carsales CEO Cameron McIntyre said the citation is extremelyimportant for carsales and its journey to have a truly diverse workforce.

"I am extremely proud that carsales has retained its citation, whichrecognises the commitment and hard work we have put in to achieving genderdiversity across the company. This guided our strategy to implement diversity best practice andthe citation is further evidence that this is paying dividends".

"This year, I am particularly delighted to see some of theinnovative and exciting initiatives by our EOCGE citation holders on such issuesas flexibility, paid parental leave, supporting women in leadership andaddressing gender pay gaps," said WGEA Director Libby Lyons.

"I congratulate all the 2017-18 citation holders for theircommitment and recognition of benefits improved gender equality can bring totheir business. These employers are setting the benchmark for other Australianworkplaces to follow."
