Police investigating an alleged brawl at a nightclub in Sydney's east have released CCTV images in an appeal for public assistance.
Just after midnight on Sunday 19 February 2023, up to 10 men were allegedly involved in a brawl at a nightclub in Bayswater Road, Potts Point.
As a 51-year-old male staff member attempted to disperse the crowd, he was allegedly struck and injured.
Officers from Kings Cross Police Area Command were later notified of the incident and commenced an investigation under Strike Force Chamaeleon.
During the course of the investigation, two men, aged 30 and 37, have been arrested and charged with affray.
The 30-year-old Campbelltown man is due to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on Thursday 4 May 2023 while the 37-year-old Lake Heights man is due to appear at Port Kembla Local Court on Wednesday 19 April 2023.
As investigations continue, detectives have released CCTV images of a man who may be able to assist with their inquiries.
The man is described as being of solid build, with dark hair and black facial hair.
Investigations under Strike Force Chamaeleon are continuing.
