CCTV released as inquiries into serious assault at Colyton continue

Police are appealing for public assistance as they continue their inquiries into the serious assault of a man in Colyton earlier this month.

Around 2:30pm on Sunday 13 October 2019, an altercation took place outside a takeaway shop located in a local shopping complex on Hewitt Street, Colyton.

Officers from Nepean Police Area Command responded and found a man 23-year-old man suffering serious head injuries. He remains in Westmead Hospital where his treatment is continuing.

Police have now released CCTV footage of two men who may be able to assist with their inquiries.

One man has been described as being aged in his early 20s with a thin build and an olive complexion. He has black hair that was tied up in a pony tail and was wearing white or cream coloured singlet with dark pants.

The second man has been described as being aged in his early 20s with a large build and an olive complexion. He had facial hair and was wearing a black shirt with black shorts and white shoes.
