Cairns Regional Council advises of changed traffic conditions and road closures to allow for night works to resurface Aplin Street between Grafton St and Lake streets, on Monday 10 June and Tuesday 11 June.
Work will be undertaken from 6am – 6pm during which time this section of Aplin Street will be closed to all traffic. Car parking bays will also be temporarily closed.
Residents are asked to observe and obey traffic controllers and signs advising the changes to normal traffic conditions, and follow detours as sign posted.
Council appreciates the cooperation of road users and apologises for any inconvenience caused.
