Charges Filed for Aggravated Robbery in Tennant Creek

Northern Territory Police have charged a 16-year-old male after an aggravated robbery in Tennant Creek over the weekend.

The youth has since been charged by detectives from the Tennant Creek Criminal Investigation Branch with:

  • Aggravated robbery
  • Drive motor vehicle without consent
  • Drive careless manner
  • Learner driver drive contrary to condition of Permit
  • Driver fail display L plates

He was further remanded to appear in court on Monday 14 August 2023.

The vehicle has since been recovered and returned to its owner.
