A 24 year-old man has been charged following an incident in Rowville this morning, Victoria Police say.
The man allegedly reversed into the police car then accelerated into some bollards several times before fleeing the scene.
The man has been charged with reckless conduct, fail to stop, fail to obey directions, criminal damage, fraudulent plates, drive while suspended, drive while unregistered and possess drug of dependence.
The man has been bailed and will appear in court Ringwood Magistrates Court on 15 January 2018.
