Detectives from the Serious Crime Squad have charged a 47-year-old male in relation to a violent incident in Moulden.
The male allegedly assaulted a male and female with a hammer at their address around 9:30pm on Saturday 16 February 2019.
Both victims were conveyed to Royal Darwin Hospital to receive treatment for their injuries.
Anyone who witnessed the incident is asked to contact police on 131444 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
The 47-year-old has been charged with:
• 2x Aggravated Recklessly Endanger Life
• 2x Making a Threat to Kill
He was refused bail and is due in Darwin Local Court today.
