Charges - Stealing - Casuarina

Northern Territory Police have arrested two people in relation to stealing offences.

Sometime between 11:15am and 12:00pm on Sunday, 15 December, a 48-year-old male and 48-year-old female walked into a Casuarina store where they loaded a shopping trolley with garden lights and ornaments, Northern Territory Police say

It is alleged they left the store with no intention of making payment for the items. This was captured on CCTV.

The male, who was not present during the search warrant, was arrested around 7:00 this morning. He is expected to be charged with stealing, possession of a prohibited item and breach suspended sentence later today.
