Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Charles Parker.
Several warrants have been issued for the 32-year-old's arrest in relation to drug trafficking, attempted theft of motor vehicle, contravening a community corrections order, failing to appear in court and theft.
Parker is known to frequent Ascot Vale, Sandringham and Elsternwick areas.
He is perceived to be Caucasian in appearance, 170cm tall, of thin build and has short brown shaved hair.
Investigators have released an image of Parker in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
