The Velma stars Tequila, Campari, Orange Curacao, Lime, Hibiscus and Squid Ink, and The Roxie features Bourbon, Spiced Citrus Honey, Passion Fruit and Champagne. An appetiser plate called 'Chicago Bites' includes a Mini Chicago Dog, Pork Bites, and a Glazed Donut With Crispy Bacon.
