Police yesterday charged a man with child exploitation charges in Mackay., Queensland Police say
It will be alleged the offences occurred at a Mackay house between July and November of this year.
The 1-year-old child is known to the man and is now in the care of a family member.
Police charged a 31-year-old Mackay man with three counts of rape, eleven counts of indecent treatment of a child, seven counts of make child exploitation material, and one count each of possession of child exploitation material, possession of dangerous drug, unlicensed driving, fail to dispose of needle and two counts of possession of utensil.
He man appeared in court this morning and was remanded in custody to reappear at the Mackay Magistrates Court in February 2019.
