Child missing from Castlereagh

Police are appealing for public assistance to locate a boy missing from Sydney's west.

Patrick Hartley, aged 13, was last seen about 8pm on Sunday 17 January 2021, when he left an address on West Wilchard Road, Castlereagh. He has not been seen or heard from since.

He was reported missing to officers from Nepean Police Area Command, who have commenced inquiries into his whereabouts.

Police and family have serious concerns for his welfare.

Patrick is described as being of Caucasian appearance, 140cm tall, with brown eyes. At the time, he was seen wearing a black shirt, a black beanie and glasses with a black frame.

He is known to frequent the West Wyalong and Goulburn areas.

Anyone who may have seen Patrick or has information on his whereabouts is urged to contact police immediately.
