Children's Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) is proud to announce that it has been recognized among the Top 100 of 500 employers on the Forbes list of Best Employers for Diversity 2022, ranking #90.
The Best Employers for Diversity were selected based on the methodology of market research company Statista, which surveyed 60,000 Americans working at companies with at least 1,000 employees. Survey participants were asked their opinions on a series of statements regarding age, gender, ethnicity, disability and sexual orientation equality in the workplace. Participants were also given the opportunity to evaluate other employers in their respective industries. Diversity among top executives/board and diversity engagement indicators were also part of the evaluation.
