Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Christopher Duggin.
The 48-year-old is wanted on warrant for failing to appear at court for assaults and breaching a court order.
Duggin is described as Caucasian in appearance, 190cm tall, of medium build, blue eyes and auburn/light brown hair.
He is known to frequent the Flemington and Ascot Vale areas.
Investigators have released an image of Duggin in the hope someone may have information on his current whereabouts.
