This four-year strategic roadmap is designed to achieve the community aspirations laid out in the Future Federation 2040 Community Strategic Plan (CSP).

Federation Council Mayor, Cr Cheryl Cook, highlighted the importance of the document.
"The Delivery Program is where the community's vision meets practical action," Mayor Cook said.
"This document shows exactly how Council plans to implement the priorities our residents have set for us over the next four years. It's a clear roadmap for how we will build a stronger, more sustainable, and more prosperous Federation region for everyone."
